It is ideal for caravans, motorhomes and campers wishing to get away from it all. We also have static caravans available for rent and new for 2020 season we have a fourth Clearwater lodge with its home from home facilities.

Flora and Fauna

Our  friendly welcoming campsite is an excellent place for those who require the peace and tranquility of the countryside but want to be close enough to the beautiful coastline, beaches and leisure amenities that will make for a memorable holiday.

The park's landscape has been nurtured over decades to encourage native wildlife and establish a natural habitat.  Insects, birds and other fauna are abundant; rabbits, squirrels, deer, badgers, buzzards and small birds such as finches, swallows & swifts are regular visitors and residents.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead and under control at all  times.

Perranporth Beach is excellent for a long beach walk with your dog; it has excellent facilities and there is even a dog-friendly pub on  the beach, the Wateringhole.  The Seiners Arms overlooking the beach is also dog-friendly. Both Perranporth and Perran Sands are dog-friendly all year although dogs must be on a lead from 9am-5pm in July and August.  Both beaches are lifeguarded in the summer season.

Roseville is conveniently located for hikers making their way along the South West Coast Path. There is a bus-stop within a mile of the site with regular services to the main tourist towns. We are only a 5 minute drive to the surfing town of Perranporth. The village of Goonhavern offers a village shop, a dog- and family-friendly pub and the local garden centre offers several shops and a café.
