The lounge area offers direct access through sliding doors onto an outdoor decked veranda and they sleep 6.
The lodges are adjacent to the holiday park and have parking for 2 cars. All utilities and bed linen are included in the rental price.
We may also accommodate short breaks of a minimum of 2 nights throughout the season.

The Clearwater lodges are 20ft x 40ft and are centrally heated.
They are an ideal choice for a weekend getaway or family holiday at any time of the year.
They have a large open-plan living and dining space with a fully fitted kitchen.

Terms & Conditions of Booking A Clearwater Lodge
Paying for your holiday
We accept cash, bank transfers and cheques (made payable to Roseville Holiday Park). We do not have credit and debit card payment facilities.
Arriving and departing
Bookings are from 4 pm on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on the day of departure. We may be able to accommodate you earlier so email 2 days before your arrival for further information.
Bed linen
Bed linen is provided and under no circumstances should any bedding or other items be taken out of the lodge. A charge will be made if items are damaged or missing. A full inventory is taken at the start and end of your holiday with us.
Bath towels for use in the lodge can be provided for a charge of £30 for full occupancy and must be requested prior to arrival.
Smoking
Strictly NO SMOKING in any of our caravans/lodge.
