All pitches are approximately 100m2, giving ample space for the caravan/tent and one vehicle. We can offer either electric (10 amps) or non-electric pitches on either grassland or hard standing. Our facilities include:
- Spacious toilet block with free showers
- Laundry
- Dishwashing area
- Free hairdryer
- Shaver points
- Dog exercise area
Terms & Conditions of Booking a Pitch
Paying for your holiday
We accept cash, bank transfer and cheques only (made payable to Roseville Holiday Park). We have no credit and debit card facility.
Refunds
Please note that the dates booked are the dates you need to pay for. We do not give refunds for late arrivals or early departures for any reason, especially weather.
Arriving
Pitches are booked from 11:00 am. We do not have a waiting area so if you intend to travel the day before and arrive early please email at least 2 days before to establish if we can accommodate you before 11:00am.
Pitch Allocation
We will always try to allocate your preferred pitch but due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee that the pitch booked will be the pitch allocated on arrival.
Groundsheets
Must be breathable to help protect our grass.
